Right To Terminate Accounts:
Donna's Internet WebPage Designing reserves the right to terminate any account or any failure to comply with any of the Terms of Agreement.

Changes to a site that require additional pages or graphics fall under New Pages. Normal Maintenance means changes to a WebPage requiring 6 man-hours or less to implement. Web pages created by Donna's Internet WebPage Designing for its customers are works created under contract for the purpose of copyright law. In order to fulfill the contract and take ownership of the copyright of pages created by Donna's Internet WebPage Designing, the client must meet the following contractual conditions:
1)The customer must pay all contractual start-up fees and annual fees according to Item 3, Invoice & Payment.
